Our goal is to provide you with custom home plans that are beautiful and truly buildable. By catching building conflicts in the planning stage, we'll save you thousands of dollars, headaches and confusion.

Our Custom Home Process
We create preliminary drawings based on either a current design or information from our consultation. All preliminary drawings are provided to our clients for approval or adjustments.
Once your ideas, changes or adjustments of the preliminary plans are finalized, we create your drawings in compliance with local building requirements and International Building Code.
We consult with you throughout the process, ensuring you get the plans you want.
We can also provide 3D digital renderings of plans so you can visualize your project.
Pricing
Our price for custom home plans is figured off the square footage of the home. We love meeting our clients to discuss your project, ideas, designs and budget. Once we have an understanding of your project, we will give you a written estimate and work with you to fit your budget!
Billing is set up for ease. For custom home plans, there is a $500 retainer to start the project. For smaller projects the retainer is $250 unless a site visit is required. Once you have approved the preliminary drawing, 50% of the overall bill is due. Final payment of the remaining balance is due once the plans are complete.
